What’s the weirdest thing that has happened in your career?
One of the weirdest things that ever happened was during a major data migration project. We were in the middle of a critical phase when all the systems suddenly went haywire—turns out, a squirrel had chewed through the main power cable outside the facility. It was chaotic, but we managed to get things back online quickly. It was a bizarre reminder of how even the smallest things can have a big impact on technology.
How do you handle negative feedback when you receive it?
I view negative feedback as an opportunity to grow. No one is perfect, and there’s always room for improvement. When I receive criticism, I take a step back, analyze the feedback objectively, and see what I can learn from it.
