The opportunity to directly impact students’ lives fuels my motivation. Curiosity stands out as my most crucial trait. Early in my career, I spearheaded a project that initially did not receive the support I had hoped for, and it nearly didn’t get off the ground. Driven by my curiosity, I kept digging deeper into understanding the stakeholders’ concerns and continuously refined the proposal to align with their expectations. This persistent inquiry and willingness to learn from each interaction eventually led to the project’s success. This experience taught me the value of curiosity as a driving force for innovation and problem-solving, shaping my approach in all subsequent endeavors.
